These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10x555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website accessible at 10x555.cam and all associated services, features, content and tools offered through it.

10x555 is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides information, guides and access to online betting and casino gaming services. All content is presented in English and targets users in Pakistan, with references to local payment context including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar examples only — these references do not imply those providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of 10x555, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

To open and maintain an account on 10x555, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. 10x555 does not accept registrations from individuals below the minimum age. Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their location must not register.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited or restricted in your location to the extent that your participation would be unlawful. Users in Pakistan must independently verify their legal position under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. 10x555 does not warrant that its services are lawful in all Pakistani provinces or territories.
• One Account Per Person: Each person may hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, court-ordered gambling prohibition or any similar restriction at the time of registration.
• Identity: You must hold a valid, government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and be prepared to submit this during the KYC verification process.

Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, mobile number. You must provide information that is true, current and complete at the time of registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. 10x555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

KYC verification will be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued CNIC or passport, a proof of address document (such as a utility bill dated within the past three months) and, in some cases, a payment method verification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the operator may result in account restrictions.

10x555 reserves the right to decline registration applications, close accounts or require additional documentation at its sole discretion, including in cases where the Platform reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation or legal non-compliance.

Access to and use of the 10x555 Platform is granted subject to strict compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms, policies and rules as updated from time to time.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Access the Platform using only your own registered account;
• Not use any automated tools, scripts, bots or software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, database or network connected to the Platform;
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, regulation or third-party rights;
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written authorisation from 10x555.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 10x555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

All bets placed on the 10x555 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as sport-specific and market-specific rules that are published alongside individual markets. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission unless the Platform's cash-out feature is available for that market and the User elects to use it before the event concludes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include void settlement, postponed-event settlement windows or alternative result processing.
• In-play betting markets (live betting) carry specific rules regarding the acceptance of bets during delays in live data feeds. 10x555 reserves the right to void bets placed during a period of demonstrated data delay where market integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, ICC World Cup, Champions Trophy, bilateral series and PSL T20 matches — are among the most active on the Platform and are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules published alongside each market.
• Any bet placed based on knowledge of a result already known to the bettor at the time of placement (whether through exploit or system error) will be voided and may result in account suspension.

10x555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, exploit or system malfunction affecting odds calculation.

10x555 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, loyalty rewards, refer-a-friend credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus is converted to real funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required multiple within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live casino games, slots and table games each carry their own contribution percentage, which is published in the full bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Active: A maximum single-bet limit (e.g., PKR 1,000 per bet or 10% of bonus balance) may apply while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, shared device and shared IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Illustrative Amounts Only: Any PKR amounts mentioned in promotional descriptions — such as PKR 2,000 birthday rewards, PKR 5,000 tier credits or PKR 1,000 referral credits — are illustrative examples only. Actual live bonus amounts are defined by the operator's current promotions page and are subject to change without prior notice.

10x555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, all related accounts may be reviewed and bonus funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

All financial transactions on 10x555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Transaction processing is subject to the following terms:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Methods commonly familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be available, subject to the operator's current payment agreements and local compliance requirements. These references are contextual only and do not imply those providers endorse or support gambling transactions.
• The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with outstanding verification documents may have withdrawals held pending document review.
• Processing times vary by method, operator compliance checks and banking schedules. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals may be processed faster than bank transfers, which typically take 1–5 business days.
• The Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawals or those that trigger internal compliance thresholds.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed clearly before confirmation of the withdrawal request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10x555 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain unfair advantage;
• Deploying automated betting bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betting markets without written authorisation;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes, odds or market integrity;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated staking or other forms of bonus abuse;
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users or Platform staff;
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of a result (including match-fixing or use of insider information);
• Any activity that 10x555 reasonably determines constitutes fraud, dishonesty or material breach of these Terms.

10x555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertainment activity undertaken by adults of legal age with disposable income. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or as a coping mechanism for personal problems.

The following responsible gambling tools may be available to account holders via the Platform or applicable operator interface:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting you when you have been logged in for a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts showing time elapsed and net result during a session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions for a defined short period (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, longer-term restriction on account access for periods from six months to indefinite.

To activate any of these tools, contact the Platform's support team. Once a self-exclusion is activated, re-registration during the exclusion period is a breach of these Terms. Full details are set out in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

All content on the 10x555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, data compilations and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 10x555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written authorisation;
• Use the 10x555 name, logo or brand marks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10x555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failure or data corruption;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform's services;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a User's failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 10x555's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the User's account at the time the claim arose.

10x555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or unlawful activity;
• Instruction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body;
• Risk management decisions at the Platform's sole discretion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Verified real-money balances (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable legal holds.

Upon account termination, the User's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. These Terms shall survive termination to the extent applicable, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law.

The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the 10x555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted in), regulatory compliance and service provision.

10x555 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security controls to protect personal and financial data in transit and at rest. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of personal data held about you, subject to legal retention obligations. Submit data subject requests via the contact details in Section 17.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as published in the operator's current legal disclosures.

10x555 does not represent that this Agreement or the services described herein are lawful in all jurisdictions from which the Platform may be technically accessible. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for assessing and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Any dispute between a User and 10x555 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's applicable licence terms.

10x555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
